FAQs - Payment & Shipping Q: Do you require a deposit up front? A: Yes. I require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit before I start your job. You can preview your artwork when finished, and I will wait for your approval before the final payment & output.
Q: What sort of payment methods do you accept? You can pay by check, money order or pay on-line using the ultra secure PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay with a credit or debit card. There’s a 3% extra fee if paying by PayPal.
 Q: What if I want to pay with PayPal, but don’t have a PayPal account? A: PayPal is our favorite Internet Payment Service, and favorite method of payment. It is like a modern day Western Union, and if you have a credit card and an email account, your can pay using PayPal. • It takes two minutes to sign up • You provide your credit card details only once • You can get paid by or pay anyone who has an e-mail address • It is used by over 20 millions people worldwide and counting • It is very secure. With PayPal, we do not store your details directly on this site, all orders and payments are processed through a secure channel at PayPal. • Satisfaction Guaranteed • If you don’t already have a PayPal account, click below.  Q: Do you accept company POs? A: If you are a repeat customer and in good standing, I will be happy to consider a company PO. I will consider each case separately. I would prefer that you use a company credit card and pay via PayPal. Sometimes accounts payable departments can take longer than one would like. ;-) Q: What method of shipment do you use? A: I live in a very good location that has access to all kinds of shipping. My inclination would be to ship via US Postal Service via Priority Mail. If you prefer, I also have easy access to FedEx and UPS. I am happy to ship overnight if you are in a crunch and need the work faster than the normal time.
